About us

 

I am currently in my first year of A-levels studying Pre-U physics, A level chemistry, maths and further maths. I intend to go to university in September 2016 to study aerospace engineering. This interest stems from being a corporal in the RAF CCF section at my school. After taking a visit to RAF Coningsby and seeing all the aircraft such as the Eurofighter 2000, I just knew that is what I want to do when I am older. After university, I have the desire to join the Royal Airforce as an engineer officer and I am going to apply for sponsorship through university. As well as the RAF, I have had work experience at Airbus during summer 2014 and I have applied for work experience at Rolls Royce for 2015. My experience at Airbus has only inspired me further to chase a career in the aerospace industry and I am very excited about my future study in engineering. I am also a junior and senior academic exhibitionist.

Currently I am in my first year of studying Pre-U Physics, Mathematics, Design and Technology, Psychology and I am self-teaching AS Further Mathematics. My intention is to go to university in 2016 to study Mechanical Engineering due to my love of Mathematics and Physics. 

I am currently a Corporal in the RAF CCF at my school, the secretary of target rifle shooting and have won the best shot in school for the last two years running. 

I did a week of work experience at a local design company and in their workshop making food grade aluminium hose attachments. 

I play the flute (Grade 7), piano (Grade 5) and I sing (Grade 8) as well as being in

my school's chapel choir, performing in Sunday chapel sung Eucharists, Holy Communions and Evensongs each week.
